PLACE OF DELIVERY

Unless otherwise specified, the place of delivery and return for the boat(s) is our technical base in Marépolis, near de Toulon (Var).

MOORING AND HANDLING

They are supported by the customer for the entire charter duration.

TECNICAL ASSISTANCE

From five boats, a technical team is put at your disposal with a stock of spare parts in order to maintain the K-Yachting boats during the event. The replaced parts will be invoiced to the customer except if the failure is caused by normal wear.

All our boats are all-risks insured..

Deposit with certified banker's draft. The safety deposit will be required for the boat's delivery and repaid at the latest one month after the charter if no damage have been noticed.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The charter payment will be done as followed :
30% on signing,
20% sixty days before the charter begins,
50% fifteen days before the charter begins.
The safety deposit will be required for the boat's delivery.
